All creative works (including voice recordings) are protected by copyright law.  I have no desire to be overly strict regarding the use of my own creative works.  In fact, it is my design that this media should be freely copied (see below).  However, I realize it is possible to be taken financial advantage of by unprincipled use of my creative content.  It is for this reason that I make notice on this site--and upon the product--of copyright protection.  It is unethical and illegal to take advantage of another person's creations for personal profit without their permission. 

     All should feel free to copy these recordings by any means and as often as desired, provided the use is for non-profit (if any exchange of money is involved you must contact me first) personal, missionary or educational use.  I also request that any and all media used for copy of these recordings be labeled with the following three items:

1.  Credit as follows: "Voice Recordings By Dennis Berlin"
2.  The Copyright Notice exactly as it appears on the media
